If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any product within 20 days of purchase for a full refund, or exchange (less shipping charges). There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for special order items. Just send us the product back with a copy of the invoice via UPS, or US Mail (insured). If you are exchanging an item please send $6.00 to cover part of the shipping back to you.
Other Return and Exchange Policies
Returned products must be in perfect condition, including all parts and inclusions that shipped with the original order. If these policies are not adhered to, no credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and he or she will forfeit all claims. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Only Exchanges and Store Credits will be issued on Sale Items Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for returns and exchanges.
Return and Exchange Procedures
If you wish to return a product to TrulyToys.com, please send an email to returns@trulytoys.com to receive instructions on where to send the item. Please be sure to include your order number and/or a copy of your packing slip to ensure a smooth process.
Ship your package prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss.
Credit to Your Account
If your initial purchase was made with a credit or debit card, your credit will be issued to the same card account. Please allow 30 to 60 days for the credit to appear on your monthly statement.
